Our brand new facility, located in the heart of the Westbrook Marine District, is located directly on the Stewart McKinney Wildlife Refuge - part of a 950 acre salt-marsh sanctuary. The area is used by over 280 species of migrating neotropical birds during the seasonal migrations. Thus, the area has been deemed an "National Preserve" by the Audubon Society. It is one of NE’s top paddling spots!
You can paddle right up to the dock at Ed’s Place, a BYO, outdoor restaurant, serving home-style meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. After your paddle, we are walking distance to many of the shoreline’s famous restaurants and bars including Bill’s Seafood, Lenny & Joes, and Water’s Edge resort.
